Confirming a Reservation
Q1. What happens when I make a reservation?
Reservation requests will result in a new screen showing a booking number, which should be kept and used with any future correspondence with Additionally, all reservations will be followed up within 2 hours with an email using the same booking number.
Q2. Once I have made my reservation, will I receive any written confirmation from the hotel?
No. The email confirmation you receive from is all you will need.
Making a Reservation
Q1. Is it safe to use my credit card?
Yes. We take this matter very seriously. To ensure your security, we use Thawte SSL Web Server, a secure commerce server, which encrypts the credit card number and encodes it into a non-usable form.
Q2. Is the room rate per person or per night?
Rates are quoted on a nightly basis unless otherwise specified. Taxes and fees are included unless otherwise specified. Extra people, children, roll-away beds and incidentals may be subject to additional charges
Q1. At what stage do I make payment?
Full payment is debited from your account once your booking is confirmed. Your booking is then subject to our terms and conditions. Please read Terms and Conditions carefully before making a booking.
Q2. In what currency do we take payment ?
We take payment in Euros.
Q3. Who do I contact if I have any questions or have a query about my booking?
Always contact us as any amendments or cancellations made directly with the hotel are invalid.
Q4. Do I have to arrive on the first day of my Booking?
Yes, If you fail to arrive on the first date of the booking the subsequent nights will be cancelled and full charges will apply.
